Discover the Plus in Primary Care+
For employees and covered dependents (18 years and older) who are eligible for Primary Care+, you can use the clinics without changing health care plans and can still see your current doctor. The clinics can be a complement to your health care experience or provide all your primary care needs.

More same- or next-day virtual and in-person appointments are available for sick/injury care, and spend little to no time in the waiting room so you can spend more time with your doctor.

Primary Care+ clinics provide more services than traditional primary care, including mental health support, health coaching, physical therapy, select chiropractic care and labs. If you just need a specialist, the clinic teams at Primary Care+ can refer you to a top provider – and even assist you in scheduling an appointment with a specialist.

At Primary Care+ clinics, virtual and in-person visits are provided at low or no cost, depending on the Boeing-sponsored medical plan you elected. Services Include:

Eligibility
You are eligible if you are enrolled in a Boeing-sponsored health care plan administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (including Embright Preferred Partnership plan options), you reside in Washington or Oregon, and you are a(n):
- Nonunion employee or early retiree
- Employee represented by a union that contractually aligns with nonunion medical benefits (IUOE Local 302 Power Plant, IAFF Local I-66 WA and SPFPA Local 2 and 5), including an early retiree represented at retirement *
- IAM 751 and W24-represented employees, including an early retiree represented at retirement*
If you are eligible, your covered spouse or domestic partner and covered dependents (ages 18+) who reside in Washington and Oregon are also eligible.
*Union-represented employee eligibility is dependent on the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
